This page details information regarding the migration process.
The process is as follows:
1) Installation of new VoIP Phones on site.
2) Configuration of VoIP System, including the creation of extensions, hunt groups, queues and voicemails
3) Configuration of VoIP phones through TetraPhones exclusive online configuration system
4) Migration of old phone numbers from old system to new system*
*In order to move a phone number we require a ‘Porting form’ to be completed and returned to TetraPhones. Download it Here!
Note: Number porting may result in downtime for incoming calls for up to 30 mins whilst your current provider completes the transfer process. This will occur normally between 10am and 1 pm on the day of transfer.
